Adam Davids has been counsel for either production, finance or distribution on over 80 films and tv series, operatic productions, rock bands, djs and labels, fine artists, gallerists, event promoters and companies with intellectual property roots or priorities. Mr. Davids has the privilege to work with outstanding talent and institutions in the entertainment industry. He holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Masters of Arts from Columbia University, received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a Level I CFA. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Davids was Vice President – International of the New York Institute of Finance, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, finance director of the electronic music festival M3 and provided training services to the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) and the CFA Institute.
Carolyn Blaine has extensive experience practicing in the areas of financing, distribution and general
business affairs in the entertainment industry through positions with distributors, sales agents, a
Collection Account Manager and a Completion Bond company. She is a member of the California Bar.
Garrett Corkery comes from a decade of experience in the education sector. Most recently, he
spent five years teaching English to high school students in Japan as a member of the renowned JET
Programme. Through his lessons, he fostered an interest in Western media and culture in the minds of
his students. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, where he went on to study
philosophy at the graduate level prior to his departure for Japan.
